FAQ
How long until my item ships?We will ship out your item within two business days of receipt of payment. What if I don't like the item I purchased? You may email us and let us know that you are returning the item and we will refund the purchase price (not including S&H) as soon as we receive the product back. What if my item is broken?Email us within three days of receiving the item and we can send out a replacement. Do you take orders over the phone?We currently do not have the staff to take phone orders at this time, but you may shop online 24 hours a day!
Policies
Guarantee - At Madison and Bean, our Guarantee is to provide quality merchandise at a great price. We will also provide excellent customer service to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Return Policy - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product. We will refund your purchase upon receiving the product in resaleable condition (excluding S&H). If your item is damaged, we will immedatly send out a replacement upon notice.
Shipping Policy - We promise to ship your product within 24 hours excluding Saturdays.
Promotions - All promotions must be used at the time your order is placed. If you have any trouble using the promotion code, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Credit Card payments - We use a third party processing service to ensure secure transactions. The secure server software encryots your card information. Your information is used only by our credit card processor. We do not have any access to the data from the card you use on the website.
Privacy Information - All information provided to Madison and Bean is for shipping order and to email information on new products.
Sales Tax - 5% sales tax is collected on orders shipped within Virginia.
Shipping - All packages are shipped from Richmond, VA. We offer shipping from USPS and UPS. All shipping prices are calculated by zip code and include our handing fees.
Security - All transactions are secured by up to 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that ensures our visitors that confidential information and transactions (including credit card information) can not be viewed, intercepted or altered by unauthorized individuals.
